Our sausages are hand made in small batches using the finest cuts of local fresh pork and beef, without trimmings, MSG, Meat extender (TVP), preservatives and artificial coloring with a secret blend of fresh herbs and spices. Our spices and casings are directly imported from Austria and USA. This unique recipe is encased in a natural skin ensuring the succulence for which a Fil - Austrian Mfg. Corp. sausage is renowned.
